The Hayes Town Centre Estate, built in the 1970s, is being regenerated with Higgins to deliver a high-quality, mixed-tenure development that will improve living conditions for both current tenants and new residents. The development will create over 500 homes across five phases, including 247 council rented homes, private sale units, and properties for returning leaseholders. Early phases will focus on council rented and leaseholder homes, with the final phase offering mostly private homes. The project will also feature a new community centre, public spaces, and secure car and cycle parking.
