Exciting new development in Hoxton, Hackney. This mixed-use project features three six-storey villa blocks, designed by Mikhail Riches, alongside a new children’s play area, updated MUGA, commercial space, and landscaping improvements. Part of Hackney Council’s Housing Supply Programme, the development provides 22 homes for social rent, 14 for shared ownership, and 18 for private sale. Each villa is thoughtfully integrated into the site, with unique gardens designed to transform unused green spaces for the whole community.
